If you can get the spokes, why not try it yourself..?   Just swop them one at a time.

When I rode in the British MTB Orienteering team, we were in Barcelona, and one of the team had worn through his rear rim with the brakes.   We looked through Barcelona bike shops until we found a replacement rim.   Then spent the evening in the hotel room swopping each spoke in turn, into the new rim.   By adjusting the tensions in the correct way, we got his wheel usable for the next day.   These are skills that you should learn if you want to stay riding.
