Theres not that many types of monoshock yamaha ty250s. All of which we can get from his post and his bike. Great way to help a newcomer to the forums

 Actually you will have more luck finding caps off an XT 350 any year. Just so happens I worked quite a few years in a Yamaha shop.

No word or mention of Yamaha in the OP's post.

If he had put the opening post in the Yamaha forum we all would have understood.

He posted in a aircooled monoshocks page and underneath his profile pic it clearly states he has a yamaha ty250. Doesnt take sherlock to work out what hes after. Hes new, cut the guy some slack

Anyway, hello and welcome to you littel. Whats wrong with the TY250 Monoshock fork caps. If they are a bit chewed due to socket/spanner slippage etc they can be gently filed back to shape....how is your metal working skills. Here in the UK there are a few good suppliers of TY spares and accessories, good old Google can be a help. Hope you get sorted??
