Sherco st 250 2009 straggling to start first time

Hello it is all new for me just bought my first bike Sherco 250st 2009 and it struggle to start first time every day after 5 minutes of kicking bike( with choke  with out with throttle open ) it will get running and then it starts every time first kick it is only after a  night  have cleaned the carb but still the same anu ideas

Not sure from your post are you opening the throttle or not when trying to start from cold with choke on? Seem to remember delorto  choke isnt effective if the throttle is open at all. Lift choke and kick it with throttle fully closed till it fires should only take one or two kicks.Never had a sherco but had other bikes with delortos on.

Did you put fuel direct into the cylinder & it started first time confirming it was a fuel issue. 
Could be ignition prob, reduce / half the plug gap & see if there is an improvement. 

Hello problem solved previous owner have put extra  quick disconnect valve on fuel line and was not letting fuel thru as pipe was very long 35cm yesterday replaced with 10cm new line and today started first kick
