naichuff Posted February 3, 2021 Report Share Posted February 3, 2021 You do not say witch carb you are using I use an AMAL concentric on both cubs Both engines are move to the left One uses the cub manifold Yes the cable clears the frame but only just The other has a made up manifold that makes the carb more upright and is much longer and has more of an offset Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Creepytheclutchmaster Posted February 4, 2021 Report Share Posted February 4, 2021 I had a similar problem, iv fitted a yx140 engine in a bultaco sherpa rolling chassis and the tank was fouling the throttle cable.
