As a result of a very low advance entry for this event we have taken the decision to run the Trial as an "ACU Open" charity event instead of "Timed and Observed" rather than lose a day's sport.
If you have already entered you can ride in this trial, or we can refund your entry fee as you wish.
This trial, which is being held at Hut Hill on Sunday the 7th August, will be run using non-stop rules with a course of 4 laps and 10 sections. Start time is 10.30.
The route will be suitably challenging for A and B riders and at "Club" level for all other classes.
You are invited to enter in advance, but "on the day" entry is very welcome at no additional charge.
The original "Cobby Cup" will go back into storage, however there will "Cups" for class winners.
Sam's Mobile Catering Van will be on site.
The nominated Charities who will benefit from this event will be confirmed at the start of the trial.
Apologies to those looking forward to a "speed event" but there was just not enough interest to make it happen – perhaps next year?
