Exciting news for UK Trials fans as the 2012 SPEA FIM Trial world Championship returns to Nord Vue, Penrith, Cumbria for the first time since 2009 with two days of top Trials competition on 28th and 29th July.
Those who visited in 2009 will already know how ideally laid out this compact venue is with all the sections just minutes from the start area. Work has already begun on the sections for 2012 with Trials ace, Graham Jarvis once again using his section-building skills to lay on a challenge befitting the best Trials riders in the world. With great spectator viewing and the sections literally next to each other, won’t miss the action of your favourite stars.
The Nord Vue venue, just minutes from Junction 9 of the M6, offers good car parking and camping areas including a campsite bar. The organising team are arranging a host of other activities for the weekend, with the fun starting on Friday 27th July. More details will be available on the event website as the big weekend approaches.
The title sponsorship is shared this year between the Lloyd Motor Group based in Carlisle and Sheffield based TRC Truck Rental. Event directors John Kerwin and Graham Jarvis, working on the experiences gained in 2009, promise an even bigger and better weekend of Trials. The trade village will be bigger with the early support being excellent and most of the major importers taking stands or sponsoring sections .
