Trials Central relies very much on those individuals and club representatives who submit reports, results and photos etc from Trials events. Users will have noticed the appearance of Google Ads on certain pages of the site over the past few months. As a revenue earner, it doesn't bring in much, but we believe what it does bring in should go back to those who provide the content for our articles - if it wasn't for them there would be no articles, no Ads and no income! So at the end of every month, with effect from July, we'll draw a name at random from all those who have submitted post-event content to Trials Central that month and raise a credit to the value of £50 with any of our Trials Central sponsors in the name of that person. In theory, the more content means the more Ad exposures which should hopefully lead to more clicks on Ads and therefore more income. If it works then we may up the monthly prize from £50 or introduce multiple prizes.
There is only one rule and that is the person submitting news content MUST be an official representative of a Club or organisation. We don't want random people going round hoovering up results from Club websites and sending them in!
Those who had access on the old website to post news themselves will be given this again. Please see this article for details on what you need to do. In order to iron out any teething problems and to minimise support, access to this is being allocated on a gradual basis.
