James DabillToday saw round four of the 2014 R.T Keedwell ACU British Trials Championship take place at a very windy Bob MacGregor Trials Academy in East Ayrshire Scotland. In the main Championship class, James Dabill – Beta repeated his victory of two weeks ago at Addingham Moorside by an eighteen point margin over reigning champion, Michael Brown – Gas Gas with Alexz Wigg – Gas Gas completing the podium line-up despite a nasty fall in the third section of his second lap.
In the Expert Championship Guy Kendrew made it four wins from four starts as he took top podium spot over James Stones – Sherco with Tom Affleck – Sherco completing the top three.
With just two riders in the Youth Class, it was Dan Peace – Gas Gas who came out on top over Tom Minta – Sherco.
As our “local” round, naturally Trials Central were there and we’ll have a full report once back at base later this evening.
