Pegasus MC & LCC

Pegasus MC & LCC attracted a strong entry of 65 riders for their final trial of the 2013 season, the Last Minute Trial at Castle Bytham, Nr Grantham was held over 5 laps of 8 sections plus a graded hill. Navenby's Chris Alford taking the main award. Chris dropped an impressive total score of 1 to beat current club Champion Tom Ablewhite by a single mark. Kieran Radley was next best on the main route with a score of 6.

 

On the 50/50 Guy Bradley tied on 10 marks with John Holland, out for the first time on his new 2014 Beta. However, it was Guy who got the decision on most cleans.

 

Mick Ash, on his James showed the riders on the modern machinery the way the middle route should have been ridden dropping just 6 marks. Catherine Alford put in an impreesive ride to runners up spot just 1 mark further back. Then came 4 riders all on 8 with Catherine's younger sister Louise heading this group on most clean's.

 

On the white route it was Bourne's very own Michael Smalley who topped the chart on his Beta. Mick dropped a total of 7 which included a 5 on section 5. Next best on the white route was Keith Radley on 9. It was good to see Keith back out on his Gas Gas after a length layoff.
