The Cheltenham HomeGuard managed to run their traditional New Year trial on Sunday 5th Jan at Dentfurlong farm, Chedworth. The rain held off and the sections proved very manageable for the 70 odd riders who supported the event. Martin Wilmore took the premier as the only adult to clean the trial on the clubman route. He was matched by schoolgirl Victoria Payne who shows that she means business this year - best of luck in the British Ladies Championship this year Victoria. Nigel Tomkins and Chris Wickham only dropped a single mark each. Gavin Moore dropped 3 as best twinshock and Alan Taylor on 5 was best P65.
