Blacklands Farm is always a good trial. The October trial was no exception.
We put on 10 sections as Trevor rightly expected extra guest riders on the day. Strangely there were no expert riders on the day, but we did have a lot of twin shock boys turn up, mainly on the blue route.
The first lap took a good few marks, but the second lap most riders got to grips with the conditions and started to ride more sections clean.
Rob Edwards thought that his better 2nd lap was due to his fantastic riding on his new bike, well he was happy for a short while!
Everyone had a smashing days ride and the repeated quote of the day was "I rode the hard bit clean, then dropped marks on the easy bit!" Thanks to the laying out team of Trevor Howell, Mike Hammond, Eric Clarke and to Carol Dark for signing on.
