Stroud Valley Bill Peters trial 2015

Congratulations to Fred Adams on his win. His consistency in not losing a single maximum '5' kept him ahead of runner up Lee Hassal.

Nathan Pekala's local knowledge may have helped him take the clubman expert class on the 'furthest clean' rule from Dane Palmer. We apologise that section 2 on this route proved too harsh with maximums recorded by all.

Tim Wheelers only loss was a '5' on the rocks in Bob Mile's section 7. This allowed John Robert's miserly 3 dabs to take the clubman award.

Five riders recordeed clean sheets on the sportsman route, with Mike Fear on his Cub and Billy Andrews, seemingly recovered from his hip surgery, amongst them. The SVMC will have to decide at our next committee meeting how to divide the BVM voucher awarded to the route winner! Unfortunately there was some confusion over the absense of a 'sportsman plus' route. We intend to include one at our next trial, the Minchinhampton Non Expert trial on 29th March.

Thanks to all riders who took part, we hope you enjoyed the event. I'm sure you all would want to thank all observers and helpers who made the trial happen and Breakheart Community Project for the use of the excellent venue.
