The 89th running of the Travers and it looks like the hard work our small club has put in over the last few years has paid off. A big thank you to all who helped, not only on the day, but the weeks leading up to the event.
Special thanks go to John and Louis Grey and Roddy Baker for riding the course on Saturday to check that everything was in place and Stephen Dalton, William Dalton and Joseph Hutchinson for giving us the best course yet.
Congratulations go to outright winner Guy Kendrew, the same marks as second placed Richard Sadler separated only by cleans.
A similar situation on the Clubman course gave Tony Buckley the win over second placed Phil Houghton.
Also thanks go to all other riders for supporting our event. Hopefully you enjoyed the day and we look forward to seeing you again next year.
