This weekend saw the Trial World Championship round in Pobladura, a hard competition consisting of 12 really varied zones with sections of land ramps, river, loose rocks and stone steps. OSSA riders showed again their abilities in this competition and the Spanish Championship round on the previous day.
Sandra Gomez won her class in the Spanish Championship event with a spectacular progression through the competition. She passed from a score of 23 in the first lap to only 7 in the second one. The Ossa team obtained 3 other podium place in the World Championship event thanks to Jonathan Richardson and Marc Riba who reached third place, each in his own category, and Martin Riobo who reached second place in the Youthl 125.
In the Cadet category Sergi Farrés finished 4th and Pol Espier Domenech was 8th in Youth 125. Hâkon Pedersen finished in eleventh position in the World Junior Championship.
Finally, in the world pro category, Dani Oliveras reached 8th place. He said after the race: “Today I finished eigth in Pobladura, losing 20 points in the second lap. With the results of the first and third laps my final position would have been better. Even so, I'm happy because the OSSA TR300i works great and I feel more comfortable with it every day”.
The OSSA Factory is proud to see that, although there were not many OSSA riders, most of them finished in top positions, including one win and three more podiums.
