hi,biking a while have kmx 125 and bandit 600,usually service them myself with haynes manual.Bought a 93 beta techno 250 about a month ago starts easy an running fine but can't get manual for it.Can anyone help with stuff like exact 2-stroke mix,what oil to use and how much,just general stuff to keep it going right and what to watch out for.Its a 93 so not overly worried about everything being bang on just for learning on,cheers for any help.

Bought a set of DP friction plates for my GasGas Pro in the week from my local bike shop after fitting them to the bike I realized they were slightly out of tolerance. The pack measured 9.66mm (should be 9.75/9.85mm), they were only 0.09mm under bottom limit but I thought i'd email DP direct and let them know as they state that the set should be within tolerance right out of the box. Got an email back the same day from the Technical Director stating that they're quality control and customer service is very important to them and that they'll send me a new set out right away, no charge, no questions. Can someone help me out. I have looked through the other posts but can find answer to my problem. Changed pads and pistons in front break,I had problems bleeding but I sorted that out. But the travel on brake lever was way to much for me,so took caliper off to see,pistons on one side only come out.The other pistons move slightly but not much.Also the piston on m/s is at it's max. Any thoughts please. Stop press. Saturday night and I've sorted it.Did not have much faith in the hot then cold trick, but it worked a treat (can relax now).

Hi all help need please, I am looking to take my 1979 sherpa 350 on long distance trials next year. 80 to 100 miles in a day. I would really like to do something about the seat as I don't think my bum will take it. Anyone changed their seat for something with more padding than the standard seat. Any ideas will greatly be received by my bottom. Thanks.
