Direct Line, but the no claims you build up is with them and is not transferable. but saying that , if you build, say 3 years no claims with Direct Line and then want to try and find a better quotes ask to speak to the Under writer, as they have the power to reduce the price of the premium with the information you have given them. If you fill in a web based application form for a quote, it will ask how many years no claim he has, and he will have to put ZERO, but if you talk to an insurance company ans speak to the under writer , you can say i have been driving for 3 years on my fathers insurance as a named driver and had no accidents or claim, will you take this in to consideration, it worked for me and my premium dropped massivley.
