Hi I'm new to this forum and looking to start twin shock trials as a new hobby. ' been riding roadbikes all my life and a lot of greenlaning for the past 4 yrs.

I'm looking to buy a TLR 250 R or 200, any advise on these? Do I really need the 250 to drag my 15 stone carcass about?

anyone selling in the Glastonbury area?

Hi Steve, good luck getting into trials. I've got a Tlr200 and am probably a similar size to you. Its a great little bike but a bit heavy and a bit lacking in guts for the slightly bigger hills unless you've got a good run up. The 250's are a lot more popular so I'd try and get hold of one of those or maybe a good fantic 250 twinshock. A guy I know has got a Tlr250 and that's a different beast to the 200, lots more poke, and feels lighter.
