Tennis Elbow

Featured Replies

My partner has been off work for nearly 3 months with what her doctor prescribed originally as tennis elbow. He changed his mind a few weeks ago and has gone back to tennis elbow now. She has been told to rest it. It feels exactly the same today as it did 3 months ago. It is a RSI complaint that was brought on at work. Has anybody had similar or had an op for it? I had tennis elbow a couple of years ago and I think it cleared in a couple of weeks. Thanks :guinness::guinness:

Had it in both of mine, physio cortisone rest and acupuncture all helped and now with care it seems to have disappeared.

A good physio and themuscle band helped the most.

She had cortisone and thought it was working, but it didn't.Manipulation made it worse. He is now calling it chronic tennis elbow. Accupuncture may be next step. :guinness: Her other elbow is playing up occasionally also. Maybe because she is using it more. Thanks
