October 31, 200619 yr Hello, Im searching for spring data for TY250R. 1. Spring constant Nm/mm? Have rebuilt the forks, Im almost satisfied with the performance, but just little bit harder would be perfect. Guess new stock springs solves the problem. What W-oil are you using, manual says something about engine oil W10/30??????????? I have tested hudraulic W5 to W15, in worse case I have to look at the cartridge for more rebound. Please help, Pat Edited October 31, 200619 yr by Pat
October 31, 200619 yr repsol 10/30 in gearbox , forks try inch longer spacers you can make these out of an old pair of renthals, 7 1/2 weight oil , try 280cc in each leg then if need be, top up by 10cc until your happy, try the spacers first .
November 1, 200619 yr Paioli, Thanks! I cut 20-30mm, each side of the Renthal bar when I bought the bike. 7.5 oil sounds perfect in my ears. Pat Edited November 1, 200619 yr by Pat
