Tlr Gearbox Sprocket

Ive been supplied a replacement gearbox sprocket for my 200, the std one I took off was secured by a large lock washer and two 10mm bolts that fix through the sprocket.

The new one has no bolt holes in the sprocket to fix the washer with, have I been given the wrong sprocket (it fits the shaft good) or do I have to use a large circlip to hold the sproket on with ??
