December 5, 200619 yr Can anyone please enlighten me i have a 07 290 sherco and have a keihin carb for it, and am not sure as to what jetting is best ,also the inlet on the keihin is larger than the stock dellorto do you need to mod the aibox inlet or will it go on with a bit of brute force help much appreciated!
December 6, 200619 yr I ran the 45/125 setup on the last one! You will need to have a new intake air hose! PM Nigel Dabster to see if he still has an extra!
December 6, 200619 yr Author Cheers for that i will look and see about a new inlet for the airbox .The jetting that came with the carb was a 45/150 .
December 6, 200619 yr Some have used automotive radiator hose cut to about 75mm but a reinforced hose is better.
December 10, 200619 yr If you warm up the intake it hot water it will stretch over the Kehin Carb. I've run mine through the whole of 06 like this.
