I've noticed in 99% of the threads I view I only see the Smilies as there code type and not the smilie itself if you know what I mean.......I find I can post them ok so what gives?

    I think it may be due too being signed in or not? as in when your posting the smilie you are signed in too be able too post but are you signed out when veiwing topics?
