hi all my name is richard longstaff and i am from richmond.

i am 13 and i ahev a 1970s honda tl125 and a yamaha ty 250 1984

the honda ius red and it has red white and blue wings on the petrol tank on the plate near the engine it says honda tl125 se

could anyone help me and tell me what year my bike is and if you could include a picture of it because i dont have a digital camera

Richard, if you follow this forum you'll find quite a few Honda enthusiasts. One of the posts has link to a list of all the Honda serial numbers and years produced.

Never would have thought it but them little TL125's have become quite a classic.

Hi Richard, try looking on" www.ataq.qc.ca/musee.htm "it does not have all the models, but it should point you in the right direction as in actual model and year.

You'll have to check the numbers on the frame and the motor.

(looks a lot like my TL)

I think that in 73 and maybe 74 the frames were silver. The later ones were black. Since your bike has been painted you can't go by the paint. The frame was probably painted too.

well im not sure if it has been painted...
