125 Or 200 What One?

Featured Replies

hi everyone. i going to looking at two shercos tomorrow a 125 and a 200. im just starting out and brought a 290 but its too powerful for me.

so should i go for and 125 0r 200?

im 5,10 and only 11 stone age 43?

what would you do?

the 200 , in my opinion would be best. a really nice bike and will do all that a club trial can throw at it and wont get the pilot into trouble.

I used to have a 290 sherco and recently switched to a 200 gasser which i find a whole lot easier to ride

it's a lot smooter on the power delivery, and my riding has improved with it being easier and more controlable :banana2:

GO WITH THE 200! MY BUDDY HAS A 2000 SHERCO AND HE SWEARS BY IT! IT TRACKS WELL IN THE SNOW AND THE MUD, IT'S JUST AN ALL AROUND GREAT BIKE! IF YOU CHOOSE THE 125 I THINK LATER ON DOWN THE ROAD YOU'LL WANT A LITTLE MORE FROM A BIKE BUT THE 200 WILL BE PERFECT, I HAVE A 2.9 2006 AND THERE ARE WAYS TO TAME THE BIKE WITH REEDS AND JETS AND TIMING, OR A SLOW ACTION THROTTLE, I HAD A 250 BETA AND SWITCHED TO THE 2.9 AND MADE SOME ADJUSTMENTS AND I'VE BECOME A BETTER RIDER, BUT IT'S YOUR CHOICE, GOOD LUCK..................................JOHN

Go for the 200 great bike soft power delivery and forgiving, there will not be a great differenense in riding style from your current bike but if you go for the 125 your technique will have to be completly different
