April 13, 200719 yr If you had a trials bike with this number 82 09143 stamped on the head stock in quite small numbers , is it familiar or recognisable to anyone here ?.....Pitley ?
April 13, 200719 yr From what Pitley told me about the Majesty frame numbers, the 82 is the year as Woody said and I think 09 is the month being September and the rest is the number of the frame in production.I noticed the numbers are quite small also, and in the centre of headstock as opposed to modified Yam frames which kept the Yam number which is to one side as always. PM Pitley to confirm. And of course assuming what you have there resembles a TY250 of course

April 14, 200719 yr Got to be honest chaps, Woody is the man to ask about most majesty questions not me. Anything i need to know about these bikes i ask woody, he s a walking twinshock encyclopidia.

It was bike number 143, made in 1982 and the month was Sept of that year. It is a Godden Majesty and also should have an A or B after it, to denote whether it was an Adult or Junior Mini Majesty frame respectively
