Hi guys,

Still trying to rebuild my ebay purchase.I have got as far as fittng the O ring on the cylinder head. One of the O rings seems to be too big and I am not sure if the dealer has got me a set for a 290cc and not the 250cc...... Does anyone know if the O rings are different for the two models? Or anyway easy way of getting the to say in place while fitting?

    Try coating oring grooves in grease then stick orings in and coat them again with grease! This as allways worked for me the orings allways seem 2 big found this out after building alot of car & motorbike engines!

    The orings should sit nicley in the grooves.Sound like they sent you the wrong ones.The exact same thing happened to me :)
