Yip Vee-twin Matchless, they had that engine in a road bike in the 1930's. Similar to the JAP motor. A friend of mine locally is into those kind of Matchless's and built a special AJS "Golden Streak" variant. His interpretation of what the factory should have made. His name is Sid Leitch.
