Hi all,i recently went looking at new bikes,i came across a scorpa and the clutch lever was strapped to the handlebars.This was obviously because of a sticking clutch,but a good idea i thought.

My sherco clutch sticks when its cold,so ithought i might try it.

I wouldnt have though it could do any damage ,what do you think??

It might cause the clutch springs to sag prematurely being kept compressed

It might cause the hydraulic piston seals to fail prematurely being kept under pressure

It may work, but doubt it would be recommendable for reasons stated!
