Hi,i think the standard plug is a BP5ES,but i find the BP5EVX platinum is far better for starting especially when hot,and it seems to last forever.

It costs a bit more but in my opinion its well worth it .

I used to have a gasser.Thats why i now `ve a sherco

soz mate i was a bit worse for wear when i wrote that , bad day on bike too headbutted a load of nettles. honestly me mates had nowt but trouble with his 290 but he dos,ent maintain it at all so there you go.Anyways im switching to 07 scorpa 2popper in a month . cheers blok
