September 8, 200718 yr Hello everyone just introducing myself I rode clubman trials back in the late 70s on a Bultaco sherpa 250. And I route marked on the SSDT in 1982. Sadly lack of money, marriage, children etc (all the usual things!) put an end to it all but I have maintained an interest throughout the years. Anyways, I have just bought a Honda TL125s (1977-8) which conveniently came in numerous boxes carrier bags and in an interesting state of repair, which I intend to use all of my dubious mechanical skills to rebuild. (I was also a car mechanic during the late 70s-early 80s- But I worked on Fiats and Lancias so I don't know if that counts). I will no doubt be posting on the forums on a regular basis seeking advice and parts etc so hopefully we will get to know each other. Fortunately my wife is very understanding and has become used to the fact that she is married to a grown up? child and she is being very encouraging regarding my latest cunning plan. Maybe she just likes to get me out of the house. All the best D
