Now i,am a bit old to be learning the metric system, but even I know that cc,s measure volume and millimetres measure length - Now if you mean millilitres??? They are the same as cc,s so 450cc is the same as 450mils. I stand to be corrected by anyone who was taught the NEW fangled way!!!

well spotted , yes you are correct it is mils (450) liquid form and not length.

When i was changing the oil in my garelli it said on the casing 1500cc of oil i asked about 10 different people what that was in millilitres and no one knew how to convert it???? NICE ONE!

The "millilitre" is one thousandth of a litre

A litre is a cube 10cm x 10cm x 10cm (1000 cubic centimeters)

So,

one millilitre = 1cc
