October 4, 200718 yr Could anyone tell us how to tighten the cam chain on my 320 or is it automatic as i have a ticking comeing from somewhere but not sure what it is. Has any body adjusted there tappets if so whats the best way thanks. I can only find very limited information about this bike.
October 4, 200718 yr Cam chain adjustment is automatic, but, in some of the earlier ones, the spring broke in the adjuster causing it not to work automatically.YOu will have to remove to check it.

October 12, 200718 yr Dogma Once you have the cam cover off (05 model), re shimming the valves just takes a few minutes + the time to get the new shims posted to you! I do mine every ~6 months. There is a powerpoint presentation on servicing the 4T, well worth a look, its on the Sherco USA site. Good luck RE500
