Hello,

When putting the wheel back on my sherco, how much tension should there be in the top part of the the chain?

    This is from my Sherco manual: With the motorcycle supported on a stand so that the rearwheel is elevated off the ground, the chain should have 3 cm of free play between the tensioner and swingarm.

    The top part tension comes automatically from this setting.

    Rule of Thumb, it should just pass between the tensioner block and swingarm when setting tension! ;)
