Hi,

I have a TY250 Mono and I was thinking over the winter to sort out it's gear box. Specifically the annoying false neutrals.

Problem is i've not split a crankcase before and so i have no idea what i'm looking for. I'm guessing something must be worn but could anyone point me in the right direction of what?

I have a manual but it doesn't cover problems due to 20 years of wear and tear!
