Found these photos of an MZ trials while looking around on the net. I remember a story from a few years back about an East German rider turning up at the SSDT, just after the Berlin Wall came down, with a home brewed MZ effort....not sure if this is the same one ????

Gotta love those chain protectors! Not bad if it is "home brewed", but pretty sad if that is a factory effort.

Air hose ain't too shabby either. "Air hose? Oh! Just nip down to the local plumbing supply store." Apart from that it's actually quite neat. IMO.

the motor should be bullet proof the east Germans knew a thing or two about 2 strokes!! just ask the Japanese, they stole most of there ideas from mz/cz and jawa!! not a bad effort from who ever built this
