Ty80 Rear Shocks

Featured Replies

I know this may seem like a stupid question but, which way do the shocks properly go (mount) on a 1974 TY80A? To simplify my question, there is a "cutaway" or recessed section on one end of each shock. This "cutaway" could go on the top, or the bottom AND/or facing in (toward wheel) or out. Four possible scenerios here. Does anyone know what the proper set-up is?

Thanks, Matthew

Alloy part to the bottom, 'cutaway' facing out. :banana2:
