what tappet settings are mostly used on 200cc cub with std cam & 9:1 comp (does this alter settings?) Haynes says .010 on inlet & exhaust but i have been told .04 &.08 and also .06 & .08! any idea what yours are set at?

    according to the tiger cub bible,with a standard cam, tappet clearance should be 10 thou for both inlet and exhaust. The only change is with the R cam when clearances are 2 and 4 thou respectively.
