May 14, 200818 yr The other day i got some fork guards for my 08 but they dont fit very well with the disc protector and so rub against the bottom yolk. Any easy way to do it.
May 15, 200818 yr If you got them plastic ones, you will need to do a fair bit of trimming to fit! And if you gpt the full length uppers that the minders hate, cut them off!
May 15, 200818 yr They may need trimmed a bit, if they are the full lenght and that is what you want don't cut them, mount it on the fork leg apply a little heat from a heat gun and gently pull it out a little. Be careful it only takes a little heat and a little move ment. I've done this several times.

May 15, 200818 yr Possable Copie, but I have seen enough upper fork legs with garf marks in them from getting knicked by a rock that i'll keep them on. Any way my 08 that I bought in November still looks new, maybe I can ride it this weekend.
