Hi all,I have just heard news that there is going to be some easy beginners trials at BUMPY.

These trials are aimed at total beginners and kids,there will be a conducted course for the little ones that don't fancy riding the main course.

The first trial is to be held 5/7/08 at BUMPY in Birstall,Batley,West Yorks.

My son rode this trial and really enjoyed it.

What a great practice area this place is.Big tree trunks,rock sections,streams and bankings.

There is always people riding down there so you are never practicing alone.

My son and i are going to go down and practice more often.

Can't wait for the next trial.

.. and I was observing ... so pleased that most of the rain held off.

It's the first time I've observed and really enjoyed it, especially when 2 of the riders went out of their way to thank me.

I think it was more rewarding seeing the young riders have really good shot at the sections.

The younger they are the more fearless they are!!!

I really couldn't fault the day and I didn't hear a single word of complaint or criticism.
