any ideas of how much oil goes in each fork leg after a total strip down and oil type

    I have found the manual

    it says 85cc of 10/30 oil in each leg.

    Or you can use a comparable fork oil of your choice.

    What does 10/30 compare to as i would probobly rather use fork oil
