Hi,

Can anyone explain how to set up my bantam b175 so that it does not need a battery for the engine to run.It is used for trials so does not have lights etc,I am trying to make it as simple as possible without spending a fortune on electronic ignition, can the alternator be connected straight to the coil so I can remove the battery and regulator?

Also does anyone know of a source for buying a tucked in high level exhaust or the right size of silencer required or is it just guess work?
