petejohn Posted January 2, 2009 Share Posted January 2, 2009 Hi On the top of the cylinder head there is a brass thermo switch, remove the 2 wires and connect together. the fan should go (engine running) if not you probably need new thermo switch. Car spares shop the on and off tempretures are printed on the switch. If the fan does not go with the wires connected, probably fan. Many jap road bikes have same fan so try breakers. I got one and had to drill out the three mounting holes to accept the rubber mountings on the easy. Easy to do. For loads of info on the mighty Scorpa Easy try thehellteam.com.
