January 24, 200917 yr Hi I have just brought myself an old Beta tr34 on ebay ! And need to do some bits on it but when thats done i want to try to go to a meeting and ride, I know there are some events going on just up the road from me in Bagshot surry, Only thing is I have never riden a trials bike before and have no Idear about what happens and what i will have to do when i get to a meeting If there is anyone local to me that would take some time to give me some advice I would be very happy !
January 24, 200917 yr If you have really never put a leg over one before I'd get some practice in on the bike before you enter an event. Learn some basic skills of bike control and balance at slow speeds and go and watch a couple of trials first as well to see the format. This will give you the opportunity of picking up loads of tips. If you do this you will enjoy your first trial much more than going in at the deep end.
January 24, 200917 yr Author I have done motocross and enduros before and been to watch 1 trial at bagshot last year . just not sure what to do when i do enter , Where is there i can practice ? anyone know somewhere in berks or surry?
