Number Stamped In Frame ?

Hi

Been stripping the paint of a recently aquired TY250 (59N) and found the number 75 stamped in the top frame tube about an inch back from the headstock.

Really small numbers and obviously from the factory as they were not visible until I removed the paint.

Anyone got any idea what they signify.
