Ok... so I made the mistake of "Just going to do one thing..." to Gavin's OSET.. The Mod bug can happen any time anywhere.. :beer:

    polished the bearings..

    added SS nuts and bolts..

    added a King headset of course.. every 3 year old needs one..

    Hot tip.. The motor needs to be in the swingarm before you mount the swingarm.. doh!
