February 5, 200917 yr Anybody seen their adverts ? The reality is very different, in a recent customer pole they rated lowest. An AXA customer wrote my car off 2 years ago in March, he pulled out a drive into the side of me, open and shut you would think. Now going to court, or it would if AXA would stop changing the address to serve the court papers. Every change of address adds weeks. Might be worth checking customer satisfaction ratings before parting with hard earned folding.
