turps Posted April 7, 2009 Report Share Posted April 7, 2009 I am currently rebuilding a TY 80 and was wondering if anybody can help me with a few queries. First of all can you tell me if the kickstart shaft from a DT, RD or TY 50 would be compatible with it. Next I would like to know what jetting to use as I am going to remove the oil pump to run it on premix as the pump is leaking and I don't know whether it will be reliable enough, and lastly what is the correct amount of oil to put in the forks as I will be changing the seals.
