I have just rebushed and resealed my Heavyweight forks, What oil is best to use for Trials use?? At the moment I have very light aviation shock strut oil,the forks top out with a loud metal noise when I lift the front wheel.

    I put 75cc in each leg by mistake, its now ok after adding a further 75 to each leg. Though I have yet to try the bike out in anger!!
