Hi guys, Ive just bought an 05 290. The bike is all good but i would like to change the fork oil. I can see what i think is the drain bolt on the fork bottom but what about filling and the air that comes out of the blue plastic things on the top of the forks. I take it these need pressurising etc but i cant find any info. Could anyone advise on correct procedure ? The seals are fine.

    The blus caps just vent any excess pressure buildup really. No air needed. ;)
