September 9, 200916 yr The engine is 800ml and a 10w30, I like the Strata oil I use from Clarkes in Eaglescliffe. Can't remember the fork oil at the moment.....

September 11, 200916 yr i have just got a 2004 sy 250 and nigel birkett advised me to put 650 ml in after draining from both plugs and use a 10/40. Thats because the SY uses the Yamaha TYZ engine and not the Yamaha TY mono engine.
